Can I Return My Order?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including any accessories, labels, and original packaging where possible.

  • The product must not show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be clean and suitable for inspection before being returned.

  • Any item that arrives damaged or defective should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.


How to Return an Order

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return request

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the package. Returns will only be accepted at the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that return requests can only be processed after your order has been delivered.

Orders that are still in transit cannot be returned or recalled.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our order processing system is integrated with our fulfilment partners, meaning that orders begin processing automatically shortly after they are confirmed. Once processing has started, we are unable to stop, edit, or cancel the shipment.

This process helps ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfilment.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
