Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Orders placed before the cut-off time will generally begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before an order is dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.


How to Place an Order

Shopping with Spencer London is quick and easy:

  2. Choose the appropriate size, colour, or variant (where applicable).

  3. Click Add to Cart.

  4. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.

  5. Enter your shipping and billing information carefully.

  7. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. Spencer London is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Delivered Orders

A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend that you:

  • Double-check the shipping address provided with your order.

  • Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.

  • Ask family members, neighbours, or your building reception if they accepted the package.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

Although Spencer London is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will gladly assist by providing shipment details and helping you initiate an investigation with the carrier whenever possible.
